Orders and confirmation
When you have completed your purchase, we will send an automatic confirmation to your email address that we have received your order.
When the order is shipped from us we will send you another notification together with a tracking number (if available).
Prices and currency
All prices are in the currency of Euro (€) excluding taxes (VAT) and shipping.
During the checkout process you will be quoted the total amount including shipping and taxes (if applicable) when you have filled out your address and country details.
EU countries will be charged with 25% of VAT.
Countries outside of the EU will not be charged with VAT from us, but import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority.

How do I know that you received my order?
You will get an automatic confirmation to your email address.
I did not receive an order confirmation to my email, what do I do?
Check your spam filter, if you can’t find it please contact us.
Can I change my order?
No, our system does not support changes of an order. If you want more products place another order. If you want less products or ship orders together, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelation requests must be made within 4 business hours of the order placement. Contact us if you need to make a cancelation.
The item I want is not in stock, can I get it any other way?
If a product is out of stock you can sign up on our waitlist to be notified when it’s back in stock. You can also contact on of our dealers.

Our shipping price is based on your country and the weight of the goods.

Estimated lead time
On all product pages we have stated an estimated lead time. This time frame defines how long it normally takes for a product to be manufactured. This does not include the actual shipping from us to you.
If we have the product in stock the lead time will be up to 48 business hours.
Estimated shipping time
The time it will take for your order to reach you will depend on where you live. We send everything from our workshop in Sweden.

All EU countries: 2-3 days
United Kingdom: 3-4 days
Switzerland: 3-4 days
USA: 4-5 days
Custom built orders
Items that are made to order or are built custom will need additional processing time based on availability and our workload. If you want to purchase a custom made item, please contact us.
Refund & returns
If we sell you an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours from delivery. At that point, we can start an investigation in order to determine whether a replacement or refund is best.
We do not accept returns or refunds because of buyers remorse.
WARRANTY
All performance modifications and installations are at the customer’s own risk. MAD Sweden holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket performance products.
A vehicle modified with MAD Sweden parts and tuning may not meet the legal requirements for use on public roads. Use or installation of MAD Sweden parts and tuning may adversely affect the drivability and reliability of your vehicle, and may also affect or eliminate your insurance coverage, factory warranty and new OEM part warranty.
There is no warranty stated or implied due to the stress placed on your vehicle by MAD Sweden parts and our inability to monitor its use, tuning or modification.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right to adjust our prices and charges. Our prices and charges may also be changed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as substantially changed raw material prices, currency fluctuations or amended VAT.
We make reservations to any printing or typographical errors and to product changes on the website. We also make reservations to any errors in the stock balance or statement of prices (such as unusually low prices) and to clearance sale. Please contact MAD Sweden when you doubt the validity of an offer.
Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
